Dinner RollsDinner Rolls

Go ahead -- dust off that bread machine. This recipe is one of the easiest that helps you make great tasting rolls -- 24 of them -- without much effort. (You'll need about 3 hours for the bread machine to do it's job.)

1 egg (plus enough water to equal 1 1/3 cups)
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp. active dry yeast

  1. Place ingredients in bread pan in order listed.
  2. Use DOUGH setting, press start.
  3. When setting is complete, remove dough from bread pan and place on lightly floured surface.
  4. Divide dough into 24 pieces and shape into balls.
  5. Place on greased baking sheets about 1/2 apart.
  6. Let stand, covered, in warm, draft-free place, 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  7. Bake in preheated 350ºF overn 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Enjoy
