This marinade is quick and easy to make and
helps your roast taste wonderful.
1 (6-7 lb.) sirloin tip roast, cut in slices
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. parsley flakes
2 tsp. pepper
2 1/4 tsp. salt
Mix and put over roast (we find it best to put roast and marinade
in a heavy plastic storage bag). Let it marinate overnight.
Grill or oven bake.
