Your family will want to run out and find hula
skirts when they get a taste of this dish! It's loaded with
pineapple and has the texture of bread pudding. Great with a
meal or stand alone as a dessert.
2 eggs
1 large can (or 2 small) crushed pineapple including syrup
1/2 cup sugar
5 slices bread crumbs
1 stick softened butter or margarine
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Stir eggs, pineapple and sugar in medium bowl about 50
strokes or until well blended.
